No I dont think you can camp at Big Wave Bay the one near Shek O. Defo trek out to Shek O - theres loads of little buses and its quite a nice ride as you get to see off-the-beaten-track HK. If youve ever been hiking to Tai Long Wan youve more than likely eaten at rented camping equipment from or passed by On Kee Store. Theres also plenty of restaurants and take aways so food and drink is easily found. Newcomers to Hong Kong will be welcomed here. Located very nearby and something you could do on the same day if you have older kids 10 is the Leaping Dragon Walk 龍躍徑.

Great variety 01092020. If you do combine it with Tai Tau Chau start at Big Wave Bay Beach and end at the Siu Sai Wan Promenade. The beach stretches quite far and theres always plenty of room for everyone. A cozy beach village on Hong Kong Island.
